I was working on content for the new website today and found a couple of images I took at a country fair here in Adelaide earlier this year. I’d totally forgotten about them, and had some fun in lightroom with them… here they are… cheers!

another little adventure…

Todays Adventure took me into the city again, but this time I made it into the Botanic Gardens for the first time in MANY years!! Last time I recall going was when my mum was in hospital having treatment for Leukaemia (she’s fine now)… and that was some 12 years ago! 

Anyway, i’ve been wanting an excuse to head into the gardens for a while, when I don’t have people to take pics of, I try and keep taking pics, so these are what I came up with today… enjoy!

a little trip…

I’ve been on a little adventure over the past 48hrs. I ended up going for a drive through the Adelaide Hills then on to the River Murray… one of the longest rivers in Australia, and is suffering a lot with the current Drought we’ve been experiencing for a while now. Here are a few pics i’ve taken…!
Also… got a new lens this week, so I had to play with it!! hehe

my city… Radelaide!

I headed into the city today to do some stuff and figured it was a perfect chance to get some photos. Here are a few of them. It was only about 20-30 mins along one little stretch of the main river through Adelaide, the Torrens. The blue and white boats you may see are called Popeyes and they ferry people one end of the city to the other… not really a long way, but nice to take it on the river. Haven’t done that for YEARS!! feel free to comment on any of them. Enjoy!

i want to be posting a little more frequently that i’ve done so in the past, so here is my next entry… My folks are looking for a new car, so we thought it’d be the perfect opportunity to go see all the options in one hit! Off we went yesterday afternoon to the showgrounds, wandered around for a good couple of hours, before leaving we saw these Holden (GM) Concept cars… thought they looked fun so hope you enjoy the pics!

long time…

So yes, it’s been a while since i posted anything here on this page I call my site! Though there isn’t a great deal of things to report on, I am looking forward to a busy month in May. I head to Perth, Australia for 6 days to catch up with friends and shoot a wedding, then just under 2 weeks later I fly to Sydney to shoot yet another wedding. I will return to Adelaide for a couple months work before getting ready to head to the US for a whirlwind trip of visiting…. and you guessed it, another wedding! Exciting times ahead!! as for now, it’s a bit slow and boring… but as time flies by, i’m sure I wont be bored in 4 weeks time when I need to be packing!
